Please read the following carefully before confirming.
Cancellations require 30 days' notice. Your next billing date is in 9 days, so one final charge of $45.00 will occur and your membership ends 30 days from today.
Per section 7(b) of your Membership Agreement, a cancellation request becomes effective 30 days after it is received. Any billing date that falls within the notice period will be charged at your regular monthly rate. Club access continues through the effective end date.
Pause and promotional offers selected on the previous step supersede this cancellation request. Paused memberships are billed at $5.00 per month and may be resumed at any time from the member portal. Promotional pricing reverts to the regular rate at the end of the promotional period.
Enrollment fees, annual facility fees and personal-training packages are non-refundable. Locker rentals and add-on services end on the same date as the membership.
