Where do I find my member number?
It's printed on your key tag and on every statement.
How do I pause, change or cancel my membership?
Use Manage membership in the member portal. You'll confirm your member number and the email on file before making changes.
What are the club hours?
Clubs are open Monday to Friday 5am to 11pm, and Saturday and Sunday 6am to 9pm.
Where are the terms of my membership?
Your membership is governed by your Membership Agreement. For questions about your agreement, contact Member Care.
